Refund policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All orders are final.  In the case of serious dissatisfaction with your order, make sure you contact me within 14 days of delivery at hello@jacobajewellery.com and we can come up with a solution. 

In the event that an item is returned, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and should insure items are returned in a secure package with trackable shipping.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. There will be no refund of shipping charges on returned, exchanged or damaged items. Jacoba Jewellery is unable to accept returns of worn or damaged items and reserves the sole right to determine if an item has been returned in its original condition. 


REPAIRS

Accidents happen, and in the event that one occurs with your jewellery, I will try to repair your piece for a reasonable fee.  Please contact me via email if something happens to your piece and explain the damage or attach photos.  Repairs will be assessed and cost determined on a case by case basis. Buyer is responsible for shipping on all repair orders.
